  Thalama “Thalama” the musical nightfall organized on 6th September 2019 was successfully hold by undergraduate of University of Vocational Technology with the ideas of Department of Management Studies. The musical nightfall was carried out in a unique theme “Gami gedara” enlightened whole university with fire lights to emerge traditional insight and also with the devil characters. All the events are admired by everyone and it became a beautiful nightfall with music. We hope to follow on this function annually with many more fabulous events. It was the first-time nightfall experience with traditional music and was an unforgettable moment for everyone

 Batch 2017/18 They are the first full time student group enrolled in Department of Management Studies under the Faculty of Training Technology for the 2017 academic year, comprising 39 Advance level students and 1 NVQ student. Students who have to specified in technological area within 4 semesters out of 3 years under the Department of Education and Training are also included. Taking maximum advantage of the opportunity opened up by the University of Vocational Technology in 2017, these undergraduates are highlighting excellence in both academic and extracurricular activities. Many achievements in academic and extracurricular activities have been won since the first place was won by the students in the “The Debater” competition organized by the students in the academic year 2016/17.   Who We Are Department of Management Studies was setup under the Faculty of Industrial Technology in University of Vocational Technology. The Dean of this faculty is Ms Malkanthi Tenabadu who has showed exceptional ability to establish cooperative, professional relationships with parents, staff and administration.
